FEMA to discuss flood map changes, soaring insurance rates at meeting Fall River Herald News FALL RIVER — Officials from the Federal Emergency Management Agency will be on hand April 15 at Government Center from 4 to 8 p.m., to discuss changes that have been made to flood maps and to answer questions about flood insurance premiums.
