Man accused of selling bogus insurance policies WXIA-TV Navas is accused of taking money from customers at Velox Insurance in Norcross, and instead of forwarding the money on to the insurance carrier, he pocketed it. Navas gave customers a certificate of insurance but authorities say it was meaningless.
